As a fellow dental professional, I was extremely impressed with this pediatric office. We arrived early to our son's appointment and were kindly greeted by everyone we encountered. They had already received medical records from our son's specialist regarding his complex medical condition, which was amazing! They went above and beyond just with having that done. The assistants were very patient, caring and reassuring, they were able to get xrays that I wasn't sure could be done. Dr. Foster's treatment plan approach was very individualized and very appropriate for our son's needs. She was very professional, informative and understanding. We are lucky to have this practice in Missoula, thanks for taking good care of us!

Doctors and Staff are always very sweet and accommodating to my 3 year old who is hard to keep still and is still unsure of the dentist. This visit was a big visit and he did extremely well and everyone was good with going slow to allow him to adjust to the new things. Very happy with all of our visits and would highly recommend them for anyone with kiddos that need a dentist!

These people are the best in their trade. My kids have been to 3 other dentist that cantveven hold a candle to them. I have to drive from Plains Mt to Missoula Mt. Its worth the drive. They ate kind and gentel with them. Its easy to work scheduling as well. It stands repeating I will never change from them.

My daughter is 4 and has been going here since her very first ever dentist appt. The whole staff is amazing with her and she actually gets excited to go the dentist. We love 3 Rivers.
